I am an Asian-American-Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with many years of experience working with children, adolescents, and families providing mental health services in a community-based setting, intensive mental health setting, and private practice setting. I am also a Mother who understands the struggles that some face with balancing life, work, social life, and home life. I can help you unpack the struggles and provide support with what has helped me navigate the parenting struggles and Mom guilt.

One-on-one therapy sessions give individuals the opportunity to share personal concerns that impact their personal lives. It can help improve or control symptoms that influence an individual's well-being. Individual therapy is an effective treatment for many types of mental, emotional, and behavioral health issues.

It will consist of the support needed for you and your partner in addressing conflicts, communication problems, and exploring the challenges in the relationship, and improving your communication and relationship with one another by tackling the root issues.

It is a structured form of therapy but will consist of immediate family members to address concerns and reduce distress by improving family systems of interaction and communication between family members. Family Therapy will also strengthen emotional connection.
